Returns Policy
We offer a 14 day refund policy on items purchased from our website.
Defective/ Damaged items:
If for any reason any of your items delivered are defective, please notify our sales team immediately. You will need to provide us with your order reference number (available from your order confirmation email) and the product details. Email shop@cpmr.co.uk or phone our customer service team on 01726 879 579.
We will then arrange for collection of the item. You must return the item in its original condition, including packaging and obtain proof of return from the driver.
We will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail or by telephone (if requested).
If you are entitled to a refund this will be processed within 14 days of receiving the products back. All goods returned after 14 days may not be accepted, Items returned without a Good’s return number will not be accepted.
Warranty Items:
Products being returned to us under warranty are covered under a ‘return to base’ policy. Items will need to be returned to us the original paperwork and a completed Goods return Note please contact customer service to request the returns form. Items will then be taken to our workshop for inspection or returned to the manufacturer for inspection, and we will notify you via e-mail or telephone once this has been carried out.
If the inspected item is not deemed to be covered under warranty and is down to incorrect use or application, we will notify you of this and no refund will be issued, an inspection fee may be charged by the manufacturer. Any costs incurred will be chargeable from the customer.
All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used when placing your order. And will be excusive of any delivery charges.
As new items:
Returned items may be subject to a 25% restocking Fee.
